Luciana graduated the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Public Administration within "Stefan Cel Mare" University from Suceava. Luciana's qualification also includes numerous Leadership, Communication, Negotiation and Project Management courses.

Since 2007, Luciana is a certified trainer by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of National Education from Romania and a Certified Consultant on the Identity Compass evaluation method.

Luciana’s professional experience includes 4 years of experience in Project Management, Human Resources and training within Fibrex Savinesti and Comceh Calarasi, and also 2 years of experience in Consultancy, period in which she was involved in important projects, especially in the field of industrial restructuring processes, collective negotiations and training.
