Mihaela graduated the English–French section of the Letters Faculty within the Vasile Goldis University from Arad. She enriched her professional skills by obtaining an evaluation certificate of the roles within a team, with use of the Belbin method in London 2006; Mihaela is also an authorized consultant certificate on the Identity compass evaluation method; in March 2007, she qualified herself as a trainer, by obtaining an authorization from the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of National Education in Bucharest. Still in 2007 Mihaela graduated an introductory training in neuro-linguistic programming: NLP Start. Not in the least, Mihaela took part in numerous courses, especially on Communication and Team-Building topics.

Mihaela’s professional experience includes 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Consultant within Ascent Group, period in which she was involved in numerous executive search projects, company restructuring processes and collective negotiations, especially for multinational companies, and respectively 1 year of experience as a trainer within Ascent Group.
