Mirela graduated the Law Faculty within the Romanian-American University and has a Master Diploma in Managerial Communication and Human Resources within the National School of Political and Administrative Studies.

Mirela’s professional experience includes 2 years of activity in the insurance domain, 3 years of activity in the non-governmental domain, 2 years of experience in the Quality Management domain and 5 years of experience in the legal domain, of which 2 years as a Legal Consultant within Ascent Group.

Mirela’s experience within the legal field of activity includes especially assistance in establishing companies or non – governmental organizations, contractual assistance, real-estate law, assistance in recovering debts, division procedures, commercial companies dissolving or liquidation and representations in court.
