Elena Manera is the new coordinator of the Projects department of Ascent Group

Starting with August 2008 the project team of Ascent Group has a new coordinator, Elena Manera.

Elena graduated the National School of Political and Administrative Sciences “David Ogilvy” – The Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, with a degree in Human Resources Management. She is also an Italian language authorized translator by the Ministry of Justice.

Elena graduated the National School of Political and Administrative Sciences “David Ogilvy” – The Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, with a degree in Human Resources Management. She is also an Italian language authorized translator by the Ministry of Justice.

Elena’s professional experience includes 12 years in different fields of activity: 3 years of experience in project management through the cooperation with various Italian companies for whom she organized visits to Romania and translation services; 6 years of experience as senior consultant for the consultancy group Archimedes, offering assistance for many start-up’s of activities and also legal, commercial, tax and labor regulations consultancy; 3 years of experience as administrator of a production company with about 500 employees, ensuring the coordination and planning of the companies activity, identification of new development opportunities, supervision of the human resources activities, management of the budgets.

Elena’s experience all over these years includes the management of various projects, including identification of new markets and evaluation of development trends, proposals and drawing of marketing campaigns, organization of events in cooperation with various Ministries, company evaluations and restructuring processes, drawing of operational procedures.
