The Most Exciting HR Event of the Year is Coming to Arad!

On November 11, 2025, get ready for the second edition of HRevolution – a bold, interactive, and cutting-edge HR conference that breaks away from traditional formats to explore the future of Human Resources.

We don’t just talk about trends—we challenge them. At HRevolution 2025, we tackle questions like:

  • What are the global trends shaping the HR landscape?
  • How will the organizations of the future look like?
  • What are the biggest challenges in HR, and how can we overcome them?

This Year’s Theme: Innovation in HR

The 2024 edition set the stage, covering crucial topics like the future of HR, employee experience, autonomous thinking, workforce mobility, and legal challenges. From 2025 onwards, each edition will revolve around a central theme, with all keynotes, workshops, and special sessions deeply rooted in that topic.

This year, we ask: Is HR still a field where innovation is possible?

  • Where does HR need to reinvent itself the most?
  • How can AI transform HR practices?
  • What tools can we use to build more innovative processes and employee experiences?
  • How can creativity and innovation help us navigate today’s workplace challenges?

These are just some of the questions we aim to answer in a conference designed to engage participants from start to finish in a story of innovation, courage, and learning.

What to Expect at HRevolution 2025

Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in thought-provoking keynotes, interactive hands-on workshops and networking sessions designed to encourage collaboration and exchange of ideas. Last but not least, the conference will include small interludes with surprise activities, but we promise they will be energizing.

We will be back soon with a detailed agenda of the event.

Keynotes

We’re bringing in top-tier international speakers and industry experts to challenge your thinking and spark new ideas. Stay tuned as we unveil the lineup of keynote speakers soon!

ROBERT COLLINS – Renowned International Expert; teaching Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for over 25 years at Oxford University.

Dr. Robert Collins teaches Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and has long been one of the leading voices helping people and organizations understand how these new technologies will impact individuals, teams, and the very heart of organizations—helping them prepare for the coming tsunami.

The topic Dr. Collins will present is: “Artificial Intelligence in HR.”

The questions we naturally need to ask ourselves are:

  • Is AI a ‘technology thing’?
  • Is AI an ‘Operations thing’?Well, No!

AI is a People Management thing!

Artificial Intelligence will transform organizations, workplaces, and the way we work. Many high-quality jobs will disappear—replaced by “bots” and “agents.” To survive, organizations will need to reconfigure quickly if they want to face the AI tsunami. Many of the necessary organizational changes will have to be led by human resources management teams: reskilling, reconfiguration, fostering human-AI collaboration, and aligning the organization’s core capabilities in a post-AI-tsunami world.

In this session, Dr. Rob Collins will look beyond the hype surrounding these changes and help us answer some fundamental questions. Together, we will focus on the things that truly matter:

🔍 Why AI is not just a tech issue – but a deeply human one
📉 How job structures are evolving and why HR teams must lead this transformation
🧭 The strategic, practical, and ethical mindset organizations will need to navigate the storm
🛠 Practical and useful tools to help align your organization and quickly start down the path of adaptation

TIM SCHUURMAN

In a world where innovation is no longer optional, we need leaders who don’t just talk about transformation — they make it happen.

That’s why we’re incredibly excited to welcome TIM SCHUURMAN to the stage in Arad – Co-founder of DesignThinkers Academy, one of the world’s leading organizations in human-centered design and strategic innovation.

With over 20 years of experience across 25+ countries, Tim brings valuable global perspectives on what truly makes an organization adaptive and human.

Holding an MBA and an MSc in Financial and Business Management, Tim blends business strategy with design thinking to help companies evolve — not just quickly, but meaningfully.

His keynote — “Can We Innovate in HR?” — will spark an urgent conversation in the world of human resources:
🔍 What does real innovation in HR actually mean?
💡 How do we move from policies to progress, from checklists to experiences?
🤝 And how can we make HR a true driver of impact — not just in processes, but in people’s lives?

If you’ve ever felt that HR could be more than compliance and administration, this session is for you.
Tim will share practical methods, field stories, and a blueprint for HR innovation grounded in empathy, experimentation, and authentic purpose.

Interactive Workshops

Forget ordinary sessions — our Workshop Wizards 🧙🏻‍♂️ are here to guide you through hands-on problem-solving experiences, helping you tackle challenges that seem insurmountable today.

HOWARD KREIS

We’re turning up the volume – by learning how to listen.
We’re thrilled to welcome a voice that’s helping organisations all over the world hear differently. Say hello to Howard Kreis, the author of “Leading the Listening Organisation” and one of the most passionate advocates of meaningful dialogue in the workplace.

His workshop?
“Welcome to the Age of Listening”
And yes – it’s going to be one of those sessions that sticks with you long after the event ends.
While many organisations focus on being louder, through branding, marketing, and tech, very few are asking the real question:
Are we actually listening?

Howard Kreis invites us to press pause and shift our attention to the voices that matter most: our people.
Backed by over five years of international research across 500+ organisations and captured in the groundbreaking book “Leading the Listening Organisation”, Howard’s work redefines what it means to truly listen  inside organisations.

This session will go far beyond employee surveys and  feedback forms. It will challenge outdated approaches and show you:
✅ Why listening is a strategic driver of innovation and trust
✅ How most listening efforts fail (and how to fix them)!
✅ What it really takes to create a listening culture that fuels performance, engagement, and adaptability

This isn’t just about feeling heard – it’s about using practical frameworks on how your organisation makes decisions, engages talent, and creates tangible benefits.
