As of July 1, 2024, failure to comply with RO e-transport legal requirements is punishable by a fine of up to 100,000 lei and confiscation of undeclared goods.
What does IT e-Transport mean? Economic operators must comply with both the obligations related to the domestic transport of goods with high fiscal risk, introduced in 2023, and the obligations related to the international transport of goods by road, applicable from 2024.
