Resilience

The art of optimizing our interaction with change

It is said that “what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.” However, the strength we gain in the face of adversity can go in two directions: it can help us develop essential qualities, both personally and professionally, or, conversely, it can leave us exhausted and overwhelmed.

How do we relate to change? Is resilience a skill that anyone can cultivate? And, above all, can every crisis be an opportunity for learning and growth?

Being resilient means more than overcoming obstacles—it means coming back stronger, more adaptable, and more aware of your own resources. In this article, we explore what resilience really means and how we can turn it into an essential asset in today’s world.
