How did your collaboration with Ascent begin?

My collaboration with Ascent began a year and a half ago when I was looking for new opportunities. Wishing to acquire new experiences in the career and being attracted to the human resources area as well, I chose to apply for the Assistant Manager position within the company.

I knew it was going to be a more difficult start because I was going to deal with, among other things, the pay and personnel management part for a few smaller firms, and I had no experience in this area, but all of them have a start and I think it is very important to develop on as many plans as possible.

What is your activity within the company?

My work within the company concerns the administrative, secretarial part, namely the taking and routing of phone calls, the drafting of correspondence necessary for the daily activity, the transmission of documents, I am in charge of updating the document database, I assure the administrative support for all company departments as well as the salary and personnel management part for a few clients.

What are the principles on which you live by?

I’m always trying to be a fair and honest person both with me and with the others. I think it is very important for today’s society to preserve our common sense, our values and to develop continuously.

The principles I live in are, among other things: <<The wise man does not say all he thinks, but what he says, he thinks. >> and <<try to be a valuable man and not necessarily a successful man.>>

How do you see the future of the company?

I believe that in the future Ascent will develop further in the field of consultancy and will always find new ways to integrate technology and keep up with market requirements.
