Starting February 1, Aliona Dosca will take over the role of Financial Manager.
Read article2025 Started in force at Ascent Group, with moving to a new headquarters, some new strategic projects, but also some team changes. One of these changes is aimed at a key position in the company: the role of Financial Manager, which since February 1 is taken over by Aliona Dosca.
Aliona has over 14 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, gained in Moldova and Romania, in various fields: from banking to construction and manufacturing.
Since 2017, she has coordinated the financial and accounting activities of the UK subsidiary of a major construction company, playing a key role in the efficient management of its resources. She subsequently consolidated her expertise in financial controlling by working for a prestigious German group in the automotive industry.
Aliona is a member of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania and the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania. She joined the Ascent Group team in 2024 as Senior Financial Consultant and now takes on the position of Financial Manager of the group. In this role, she will coordinate all financial and accounting services provided by Ascent Group to its clients through Ascent Finance, the group’s company specializing in financial services.
