Elena graduated the Faculty of Communication and Public Relationship within the National School for Political and Administrative Sciences, with a degree in Human Resources Management. Her professional experience includes 12 years in different fields of activity: project management, including those related to market research and evaluation of development trends, designing of publicity campaigns, events organization in cooperation with various Ministries, company evaluations and restructuring projects, creation of operational procedures, assistance in various business start-up’s, consulting on commercial fiscal and labor issues, or administration of production companies.
