Ascent Group and LMPC Consulting join forces in Sibiu

Ascent Group is continuing its regional development through an important partnership with LMPC Consulting in Sibiu. The two companies will join forces to better address the growing needs of the Sibiu Human resources services market.

LMPC Consulting is a company that offers human resources services and comprehensive solutions to align with the GDPR in Sibiu, composed of specialists with more than 20 years experience in the field of human resources and providing quality services in the local market in the field of business advice and outsourcing of human resources activity.

Following this strategic partnership, the management of the office in Sibiu of Ascent Group will be taken over from July 1, 2021 by Laura Maris, who will give a new direction to the activity of Ascent Group in the central part of Romania, by diversifying the range of services offered and increasing the complexity of the projects addressed.

Laura is an experienced manager and specialist in the Human Resources field, with more than 20 years of activity in the field, of which 16 years as HR Manager. Since 2020 she has also been a member of the Association of data Protection and Privacy experts and a statutory member with the role of secretary in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Sibiu.

The work of the Laura includes multidisciplinary projects with external audit skills, internal process evaluation, training, cyber security and legal analysis.

Not least, Laura is a tireless seeker of professional challenges, but also an analytical, detail-oriented person who likes to explore techniques or processes that can bring value to the people and companies she works with.
