READ MORENowadays, employers together with employees confront themselves with the so-called issue of “personnel fluctuation”. Has become such an ordinary problem that we have begun to ignore it. Actually, this seeming indifference is a way of “defending” ourselves against the phenomena we do not know.
Certainly, the personnel fluctuation is a phenomenon that is extending every day. What could affect more severely, within a company, than one employee’s resignation or even more? Are we fully aware of the costs that are emphasized by this “quitting”? Much more, the negative impact they have on the other employees?

In our opinion, the fluctuation has some major reasons, and apparently the society does not take into account. We could refer to: non-existence of an organizational culture, underrating the employees’ value, absence of professional motivation, ignorance of human qualities, employees’ unfitting in a working environment, and so on.
Thanks to Identity Compass® we are able to identify the values of employees, the need/desire to change their working place, the motivational factors from the working place. The working environment and the organizational culture could be recognized and comprehend. The exhausting indicators could be measured, including negative stress, which often are invisible till the “burn-out” phase.
The oneness factor of Identity Compass® is the fact that evaluates motivations and behaviors only from the working place. Most of the other methods have tendency to put people in certain boxes, but Identity Compass® proves and emphasize on the difference from professional and personal values.
All in all, the “personnel fluctuation” could be avoided, in time even eradicated. It is necessary only the knowledge, awareness and improvement of self qualities and values. “We are what we repeatedly do” Aristotle said, but for knowing how we are, first we must find out our own values.
