Alex is our fellow active recruiter and generous disseminator of personal development resources (if you’ve followed us over the past few months, chances are you’ve come across his name as the author of Ascent articles).

Vlad is our colleague in the training arm of the company, who in addition to the technical expertise and agility he brings to our processes, also makes delicious homemade bread (on the test).

Timea is a student at the Faculty of European studies. Initially she had done her practice in Ascent in HR and because she enjoyed the domain, but also the team, wanted to stay in Ascent.

Adela Cristea is the founder of Ascent group of companies and also the person who coordinates the activities of the group globally.

During June 6-7, 2006, Ascent Goup organized the first Ascent Business Forum in Chisinau, the capital of the Republic of Moldavia. 24 companies from 6 countries took part in the event (Romania, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Germany and the USA) which showed interest for establishing business relations with the Republic of Moldova.

The debates were centered on the business environment problem in the Republic of Moldova and on the opportunities this environment offers. The participants appreciated that Moldova is a country with a rising potential regarding the investments and many of them showed their intention of starting businesses in this country.
